How do I delete my account?

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Google Play Store app → tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptionsSubscriptions → select Tipsy Kitten → Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

I want a refund.

Refunds are handled by Google Play. Open the Play Store, find the Tipsy Kitten purchase under Payments & subscriptionsBudget & history, and use the "Request a refund" option. If Play's automatic refund window has passed, email us and we'll do what we can.

I lost my data when I switched phones.

If you were signed in with Google on the old device, sign in with the same Google account on the new device — your bar, recipes, and ratings will sync down automatically. If you were using the app anonymously, your data was tied to that device only and unfortunately can't be recovered. Signing in with Google is the safest way to keep your data.

How do I turn off crash reporting?

Settings → Privacy & Data → toggle Send crash reports off.
